Refund Policy

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

All Merchandise purchased are custom made just for you, and made to order. Refunds/Returns/Exchanges cannot be offered unless the item is defective. This includes ordering the wrong item, color, design, ball, team or simply just buyers remorse. If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item/s at  finaldestinationurns@gmail.com or use the Contact Us Form with a picture of the damaged item and your order number, and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong. If you are granted a refund, it will be credited back to the payment method you used for the transaction in 5-10 business days.

 

Cancellation- We do not except Cancellations because we process the order almost immediately.
