SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Our Urns are made to order and are processed in the order which they are received.

We need 5-10 business days to process and make your order and send it out (not including weekends and holidays) we ship via USPS Priority Mail.

 

Your order will arrive approximately 2-5 business days after it's shipped (not including weekends and holidays) We may use a different shipping partner but the final delivery is USPS.

 

For International Orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. The final delivery is usually via your local postal service. 

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to or purchasing. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

 

We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a "gift" on customs forms.

Doing this is against U.S. and international laws.
